Tommaso Zoboli

He has been working in the restaurant industry for years and is the founder of Ristorante Patrizia. Patty also stems from his desire to experiment with a different, more street-style approach, without compromising on flavour or attention to detail.

Here, he brings experience, sensitivity and a clear vision: to do a few things, do them well, and do them with personality.

Leonardo Alberghini

She is the project’s linchpin. He takes a down-to-earth, practical approach, with a natural knack for making things work in day-to-day life.

At Patty, she supports the venue’s development by handling the organisation, helping to turn a shared vision into a new venue for Modena.

He believes in doing things well, without going over the top, and in a way of working that gives as much space to the people involved as to the project itself.

Luca Bellei

You’ll probably know him from iPork; Luca brings an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach to Patty.

Patty is a project born out of curiosity and a desire to build something new, whilst keeping our feet firmly on the ground.

He’s involved in developing the venue with care, dedication and a practical mindset, helping to shape a simple, concrete idea designed to really work.
